WHAT IS FITT?

FITT is short for "FITness with Terricia". My mission is to provide all women a solution to feel sexy, strong and confident every day through fitness programs and nutrition resources that I've tested myself and reap results.

By the way, when you purchase any program through FITT, you're also helping to support Shriners Children's, American Heart Association, and O.U.R. Rescue as 50% of all proceeds every month are donated.

It's pretty simple. I've been able to achieve my muscle building and fat loss goals along with gaining that long lasting confidence every woman craves by using 3 things: bands, kettlebells and HOT HULA fitness® — that's it! Because it's worked for me, I want to share it with all of you.

As a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, group fitness instructor and dancer, I use my knowledge and understanding of body anatomy, nutrition, and my passion for helping women feel strong, sexy, and confident every single day.

MY STORY

 

As a young girl involved in dance, community soccer, junior high volleyball and many leadership programs and school clubs, I never had an issue with my confidence or self-worth. I was always an athlete with big thighs, and bubbly personality and made friends with everyone.

It wasn't until after I moved high schools where I started to gain weight and found myself in deep depression way too often. It only took one doctor visit to figure out what the root of the problem was—hypothyroidism. At at age of 21, I didn't want to hear that I needed surgery due to a large goiter but needless to say, I had no idea what to do and unfortunately neither did my parents. This was way before holistic medicine and natural remedies went mainstream. I had 90% of my thyroid removed and will forever take levothyroxine to balance my hormones. This really messed me up emotionally and lead into body dysmorphia, not feeling worthy or loved, and an unhealthy relationship with food.

Fast forward 3 years later when I was at my heaviest of 180lbs and in a toxic relationship, I tried working out on my own, approached different diets, starving myself, but nothing seemed to work.

Then I hired a personal trainer and the rest is history. I nearly dropped over 50lbs within 1.5 years and finally started to feel beautiful, worthy and confident again. Because I started to love the woman I was becoming, I new I had to share my journey and passion about health and fitness with others to make a positive impact in my community.  

So, I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor at local gyms. My dedication lead me to the blessing of being a fitness director at The Phoenix Plaza Fitness Center in midtown.

Helping women feel sexy, strong, and confident is just one part of why I started FITT. The main mission is to find lifesaving research to end cardiovascular disease and diabetes. This isn't just the nation's No. 1 and No. 5 killer, but is No. 1 in Guam and directly affected my family on multiple occasions. When you purchase a program from me, 90% of the proceeds go directly to the American Heart Association.

This is my story in a nutshell and I hope it inspired you reading this to some degree—especially if you read this far :) I want to remind YOU that I understand the struggles we go through as women and that if you're not feeling like yourself anymore then I would love to help you.
